He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Miller and Edna Miller (Koffel). He is survived by: his wife Mary Pasquale; and his children, Michael (Sarah) of Franklin, TN, Annette Fulton (Scott) and Amy Reed (Mike) of Fishers. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
