She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Perry and Mary Elsie Perry (Cochran) of Crothersville, Indiana.; her husband Billy Clayton Mieldazis, Sr. of Clinton, Indiana.; and her siblings, James Robert Perry and Una Mae Fish.
She is survived by: her son Daniel Lee Mieldazis; her sister Wanda McDonough; her son Billy Mieldazis; and her children-in-law, Scott McBride and Julie Mieldazis. She is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
