He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Smith and Irene Smith (Hollers); his wife Jo Smith (Moore); his daughter Jenny Smith; and his brother Gilbert Smith.
He is survived by: his daughters, Terry Dygert (Dan) of Fishers and Debbie Bos of Fishers; and his granddaughters, Krista Craig (Ryan) of Noblesville, Autumn Buck of Las Vegas, NV and Amber Donahoe (Tim) of Noblesville. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
