He is survived by: his wife Elaine Liptrap; his children, Thomas Gephart (Tami) of Richmond Heights, Sue Ellen Chopp (Chris) of Fishers and Sally Mann (Greg) of Zionsville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Caroline Hoffman (Lucas), Joe Chopp (Aliese), Jake Mann (Allie) and Luke Mann; and his sibling's children, Pam Robertson (Tom), David Gephart (Kay), Nancy Chapman (John) and Dan Gephart (Linda).
