He is survived by: his wife Lucretia; his daughters, Amanda McClure (Douglas) and Michelle Chadwick Englund; his grandchildren, Mick Chadwick, Zack Chadwick, Sydney McClure and Beckett Englund; his sister Carol Worden (Frank); and his nieces and nephews, Frank Worden, Mike Worden, Lance Gayle, Laurie Gayle Garrison and Karen Gayle Mays.
