He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth File and Fredia File (Bauer); and his sister Lisa Heyen. He is survived by : his wife Kathi File; his children, David File (Lyn) and Deb Burdick (Chip); his sister Sue Campbell (Wes); his grandchildren, Baylee Wunder (Ben), Alexa Proctor (Josh), Aspen File and Avery File; his great grandchild Charlie Wunder; and his cousin Beth Scroggins. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.

“File Family: Losing a precious husband and loving father is so difficult. May your cherished memories give you moments of comfort during the days ahead and always. Certainly, knowing that he is in Heaven praising the Lord with many of those who went before him. He was a wonderful man of God who was a blessing, especially when he married us 43 years ago!
