He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Elliott and Lucille Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis J. Elliott; his children, Catherine Cox (Mitchell), Sondra Hopper (Mark), Tom Fisher (Lois), Michael Fisher (Diane) and Doug Elliott (Joy); and his brother Wesley Elliott. He is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.
