Fadely of Fishers, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on June 21, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Fadely and Marjorie Fadely. He is survived by: his wife Dina Fadely; his children, Kirsten and Jack Fadely; and his sister Deb Fadely Raber (Kevin).
