He is survived by: his parents, Jean Ann and G. Timothy Lee; his close friend Leah Kendall; his daughters, Micah Ann Lee, Karinne Elizabeth Lee, Reagan Taylor Lee and Clara Madeline Kendall; his siblings, Andrew Lee (Heather) and Jennifer Manley Lee (Kip); and his nieces, Taran Manley and Jessica Lee.
