He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bob, Helen Francis, Charlie and Patty Burt; and his sister-in-law Kelly Francis.
He is survived by: his parents, Kent Francis and Paula Francis (Burt); his wife Jen Francis (English); his sons, Will and Charlie Francis; his siblings, Sean Francis (Donna) and Lauren Ou (Jim); his nieces and nephews, Maddie, Abbie, Marleigh, Gannon, Emmy and Griffin; and his mother-in-law Diane Kleinfelter. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws.
In lieu of flowers (a request Mike would wholeheartedly support, knowing exactly how his wife feels about them), memorial contributions may be made to NAMI Indiana, the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
