He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Joseph Passen and Iris Barbara Clark Keyes; and his stepfather John Keyes. He is survived by: his wife Pam Passen; his daughters, Elizabeth Statzer (Jonathon), Jennifer Flegel (Jonathan) and Carolyn Passen (Nicholas Bennett); his grandchildren, Ava Statzer, Liam Statzer, Ensley Flegel and Olivia Flegel; his sister Leslie Sands; and his pets, Merlin and Cosmo.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church (11441 Hague Rd, Fishers, IN 46038).
