He was predeceased by: his father LJ. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his mother Joyce; his siblings, Linda, Tim, Cyndy and Jennie; and his nieces and nephews, Abigail, Andrew, Lily, Rose and Carlitos. He is also survived by son to his parents.
