He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Henson and Elizabeth Henson (Jerry); his wife Valerie D. Henson; his daughter Lana Kay Blair; and his siblings, Gary L. Henson, Micheal D. Henson and Connie F. Henson.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Isabella "Bella" Thompson-Black; his girlfriend Marta Walton; his sisters, Vickie S. Huddleston (Donnie) and Latha L. Dedman (Sherman); and his pet Gismo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (9700 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46250). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
