Romelle Schoff Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on February 26, 2026, at the age of 90, Romelle Schoff of Fishers, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Cesal and Bernice Cesal; her brother Lon Cesal; and her significant other Edward "Ed" Schoff. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Schoff, Dianne Powers (Drew), Donna Varda, Kathryn "Kat" Schoff (Antonius Hjartarson) and Margaret "Maggie" Schoff; her great grandchild Nina Ros Antoniusdotter; her children, Lindsey Bennett (Ross), Austin York (Julie), Chris Hartman, Jon Hartman (Carly), Mitchell Varda, Brianna Varda, Claire Varda, Jacob Varda, Francia Varda, Sophie Varda and Jamie Varda; and her great grandchild Presley Varda. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the IU Health Joe & Shelly Schwarz Cancer Center, 11645 Illinois Street, Carmel, IN at IU Health North Hospital in Carmel, Indiana, in honor of Romelle's life.
