She was predeceased by: her husband H. Earl "Spud" Gentry. She is survived by: her children, Linda Hall (Steve) of Brookston, IN, Patsy Culp (Roger) of Fishers, IN and Michael Gentry (Marsha) of Remington, IN; and her grandsons, Chris, Rodney, Jeremy, Josh, Nick, Lance and Jordan. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Vermillion County Canine Unit or Remington Christian Church Food Pantry, honoring Sharon's spirit of generosity and compassion.
