He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis and Velma Lewis (Dudenhoefer); his wife Elaine; and his siblings, Thomas Lewis and Cynthia Havel.
He is survived by: his children, Matt Lewis (Esther) and Sarah Townsend (Kellard); and his grandchildren, Rebecca Lewis, Gabrielle Lewis (Dagur), Nathaniel Lewis, Garrett Townsend and Marcella Townsend. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
