He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Kinder and Ruth M. Kinder; and his sister Janice Zapapas. He is survived by: his wife Lori; his sons, Austin (Katy) and Nick; and his siblings, David (Judy) and Carole. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
