Terisa A. Clouse Obituary
We announce the death of Terisa A. Clouse of Fishers, Indiana, born in Elwood, Indiana, who passed away on August 21, 2026, at the age of 65. Terisa will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Loren and Juanita McElfresh; her nephew Nicholas Tweedy; and her pets, Woody, Chloe and Boots.
She is survived by: her parents, Pat Johnson and Linda Johnson of Pendleton, Indiana; her daughters, Crystal Miles (Ryan) of Fishers and Lindsey Coombs (Al) of Santa Clarita, California; her siblings, Lisa McKenny (David) of Pendleton, Mona Tweedy (Steven) of Jacksonville, Andrea Johnson of Hilo, Dawn Sparks (Gary) of Carmel and Michael Johnson (Esther) of Ceres, California; and her grandsons, Nolan Miles, Holden Miles, Conrad Herrera and Maison Herrera. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, close friends and neighbors.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Gateway Community Church of Fortville (125 E Staat St, Fortville, IN 46040). A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
