She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Zuchowski and Tillie Zuchowski (Krol); and her husband Jim Coffey. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Coffey (Pat) of Indianapolis, IN, Kevin Coffey (Joni) of Fredonia, PA, Jack Coffey (Kathy Mele) of Pittsfield, MA and Carol Werling (Steve) of Fishers; her sister Jane McKenzie of South Carolina; and her grandchildren, Anne, Michael, Patrick, Dustin, Grace, Andrew, Alaina and Peter. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
