He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Johnson and Patty Johnson (Kirkland); his wife Kristen Johnson (Abbott); his daughter Avery Mae Johnson; his siblings-in-law, Tim Abbott and Kendall Abbott; his mother-in-law Glenda Abbott; and his pets, Buster and Ayden.
