She is survived by: her father Gene Edward Addison of Carmel; her siblings, Teri Moenning (John) and Bradford Gene Addison (Diane Elizabeth) of Noblesville; her siblings' children, Ashlee Moenning, Kilee Jansen (Tim), John Michael Moenning (Emlie), Grayden Addison, Garrick Addison and Samantha Addison; and her great-nieces, Kinlee, Adlee and Blaklee.
