He is survived by: his granddaughter Brynna; his daughter-in-law Shawn; his granddaughter Lauren; his wife Jean Abel; and his children, Lynda Mallery Abel, Terry Abel, Kim Rasher (George), Wally K. Abel (Janet), Diane Black (Jon), Scott Abel, Michael Abel (Shawn) and Shawn Abel. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
