He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavern Otter and Eula Otter (Carlson); his wife Isabelle Otter; and his great grandchild Wyndham Tennery. He is survived by: his brother Ernest Otter (Christie); his children, Karen Staton (Michael) and Gregory Otter; and his grandchildren, Jessica Thompson (LJ), Cézanne Tennery (Reese), Tiffany Moore (John), Carson Otter (Chelsea), Cynthia Gehr (Andrew), Caroline Bruffey (Jacob), Cherise Holke-Farnam (Jesper) and Ashton Staton. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Noblesville First United Methodist Church (2051 Monument St, Noblesville, IN 46060). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
