He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bolen and Nora Bolen (Crabtree); his brothers, James and Stan; and his granddaughter Kelsey.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Bolen; his children, Scott Bolen (Laura), Traci Lydick (Brian), Kim Bolen (Dan), Steve Bolen (Sara), Mike Bolen (Alicia) and Jon Bolen (Alicia); his siblings, Virginia, Betty, Judy, Janet, Debbie, Don, Ken, Bob and Philip; and his grandchildren, Nicole, Silas, Jeremy, Kendra, Rowan, Abbie Mae, Nate, Nick, Olive and Ivy.
