She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Polley and Stella Polley (Short); her husband Walter R Moore; her sons, Raymond Moore and Larry Moore; her siblings, Laura Morgan, Lucille Weaver, Lela Raikes, Annie Buckman, Juanita Nigh, Frances Macy, Tommy Polley, Charles Polley and Perry Polley; and her great grandchild Christopher.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Moore (Brenda); and her grandchildren, Jodi Hansome (Terry), Amy Tucker (Chris), Kelly Moore, William Moore (Amber), Dawson Moore, April Higgins (Ben) and Jennifer Moore. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
