She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Luther and Erma Levon Beebout (Vore); her husband John Edward Smith, Sr.; and her siblings, Helen Spencer, Mable Beebout, Jess Luther Beebout, Rosalee Hall, Jerry Beebout, Ronnie Beebout, Roy Beebout, Edith Razer, Danny Beebout, Susan Henry and Samuel Beebout.
She is survived by: her children, John E. Smith, Jr., Flora and Sirina Cassidy (Richard); her grandsons, Jeffrey Cassidy and Jacob Cassidy (Morgan); and her great grandchild Kolbe Cassidy.
