He was predeceased by: his son Alexander "Xander" Majors; his niece Isabella Christine Majors; and his grandparents, Pauline, James Majors, Geneva Mae and David Smith Sr..

He is survived by: his parents, William Larry Majors and Bonnie Lee Majors (Smith); his wife Danielle Lynn Bartels; his son Luke Baker; his siblings, Chris Lacy (Sherrie), Abe Majors (Pam) and Nora Majors; his nieces and nephews, Josiah, MaKenzie, Toby, Oliver, Isaac, Morgan, Alina, Ryan "Max" and James; his parents-in-law, Lori and Dolan Bartels; and his brother-in-law Clinton Bartels (Lluvia). He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in Ben's name to the Burlington Church of Christ or to the Ark Christian Ministries in Converse, IN.
