He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa O'Neil and Mindy Evans (Levi); his siblings, Sally Ross and Gail Paul; and his grandchildren, Wyatt, Dalton, Mark, Zach and Bailey. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
