She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wood and Edna Wood (Clouse); her spouse Creed Speck; and her sister Mildred Baker (Joe). She is survived by: her children, Mark Jones of Mitchell and Paxton Speck (Melissa) of Floyds Knobs; her grandchildren, Brandi Gladson, Chris Speck, Cassandra Tilley, Brandon Jones, Jessica Carr and Grayson Speck; her children-in-law, Janet Speck of Carmel, Tom Brown of Richmond and Debbie Knoll of Indianapolis; her children, Jackie Speck and Lynnette Brown; and her siblings, Kenneth Wood (Wanda), Harold Wood (Lela), Chester Wood (Rosanell), Bob Wood, Jr. (Maxine), Lowell Wood (Betty) and Glen Wood (Mary Wanda). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; several special nieces and nephews.
