With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Brenda Kruer of Floyds Knobs, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Brenda left this world on January 11, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cletus Friedman and Mary Friedman (Jones); and her sisters, Jacqueline Baumann (Cletus) and Rebecca Gettelfinger. She is survived by: her husband Jerry J. Kruer; her children, Kevin Kruer (Becky) and Tammy Goodridge (Rick); her sister Michelle Kirchgessner (Bill); her brother-in-law Dennis Gettelfinger; her granddaughters, Katie Tipker (George), Cassy Guarneri (Michael), Lindsey Clinard (Sam) and Amanda Edwards (Parker); and her great grandchildren, Eden Louise Tipker, Dawson Tate Edwards and George Edward Tipker V.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kraft Funeral Service (2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, IN 47150). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Paul II Catholic Church (2253 W St Joe Rd, Sellersburg, IN 47172).
