He is survived by: his father Clyde (Juanita Gladden); his wife Emily Gladden; his daughter Heather Lewis (Stephen); his grandsons, Cooper and Xavier Lewis; his brother Larry (Sandy); and his nephews, Adam Gladden and Andy Gladden.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Hosparus Health Inpatient Care Center in Louisville, Ky.
