She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Scott and Virginia Scott (Kinslow); her husband Irvin Martin Libs; and her daughter Rochelle Marie Harbison. She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Huber (Steve) and Belinda Dones (Rob); her son-in-law Roger C. Harbison; her brother Joe Bob Scott; her grandchildren, Derek Huber (Michelle), Rachel Davila (Jared), Randa Raymer and Dylan Dones (Kendra); and her great grandchildren, Vance, Banks Huber, Eloise, Rhodes, Florence, Hudson Davila, Dash, Oakley Raymer and Lennox Dones.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Mary of the Knobs Catholic Church (5719 St Marys Rd, Floyds Knobs, IN 47119). A Mass will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to Southern Care Hospice (811 Northgate Blvd, #101, New Albany, IN 47150).
