He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hamblin and Rosa Hamblin (Woolum); his siblings, Robert Hamblin, Ruby Runyons, Edna Borden and Winnie Pelman; and his son Robert Lee Hamblin.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Hamblin (Ramsey); his children, Terry Hamblin (Brenda) and Tricia Roberts (James); his grandchildren, Jennifer Stout, Travis Hamblin, Madisyn Martin, Christian Roberts and Hannah Jenkins; and his brother Charlie Hamblin. He is also survived by Ten great grandchildren.
Expressions of sympathy can be made in the form of donations in Luther's name to the Ronald McDonald House.
