She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Mitchell and Loyola Mitchell (Hill). She is survived by: her children, Michael "Kailen" Burkhead and Regina Frances Gagich (Dennis); and her brother Dennis Mitchell (Donna). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In honor of her memory, contributions may be made to the Kentucky Humane Society or the ASPCA.
