He is survived by: his sons, Fred Joseph Hoffman (Darcie) and Edward Lee Hoffman; his grandchildren, McKenna Hoffman, Blake Hoffman, Lacy Hoffman, Essix Drake and Levi Hoffman; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin Hoffman and Maylani Hoffman.
