She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Cummins and Kathryn Cummins (Bryson); her brother Merle Cummins; and her siblings-in-law, Patricia Cummins and Robert "Bob" Summers.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Wolfe (Randal); her grandchildren, Crystal (Steve), Derek (Chanda), Brandy, Dane (Brittany), April (James) and Danielle (Eric); her great grandchildren, Kaden, Kaleb, Aubrey, Layla, Sophia, Waylon, Dallas, Lennox, Easton, Wrenley, Bella and Haysleigh; her brother Donald Cummins; and her sisters-in-law, Shari Cummins and Barbara Summers.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Market Street Chapel of Naville & Seabrook Funeral Homes (1119 E Market St, New Albany, IN 47150). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Cemetery Committal Service.
