He is survived by: his wife Diana Randle; his children, Brandon Smith of Russiaville and Larrisa Mouermann of Forest; his grandchildren, Levi Smith of Kirklin, Logan Smith of Rossville and Gabriella Russell of Frankfort; his great grandchild Stratton Smith of Lebanon; and his siblings, Bonnie Parker of Kokomo and Robert Smith (Diane) of Frankfort.
