She is survived by: her husband Edward Cox; her sons, Justin Cox (Lindsey) and Joshua Cox (Miaya Owen); her stepdaughter Courtney Cox; her siblings, Ethel Jean Morelli (Dan), Terry Mayfield and Barton Mayfield (Lindy); and her grandchildren, Adylin, Paisley, Raylan, Hudson and Wyatt Cox.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Kirklin American Legion.
