He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Parker and Elsie Parker (Abbott); his daughter Debbie Whiteman; his brothers, Dick, Jack and Joe Parker; and his half-brother Bob Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Terrell; and his children, Jeff Parker (Annette) of Kokomo and Penny Clendenning (Ed) of Frankfort. He is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
