He is survived by: his wife Charla Schleter (Dugle); his daughter Lorraine Fajardo (Richard); his grandson Kenneth Richard; and his brothers, Harvey Schleter (Donna), Robert Schleter (Rena) and Fred Schleter (Carla). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
