He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Barrett and Patsy R. Watkins (Finney); his wife Pamela Sue Barrett (Julian); and his brother Ronald Barrett. He is survived by: his son Brian Barrett (Jennifer); his brother Bradley Barrett; and his grandchildren, Isaac and Brooklyn Barrett.
