He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sides and Sonja Sides (Romerhaus). He is survived by: his girlfriend Edie Billhimer; his children, Chara, Michaela, Dennis and Robert Huertas (Ariel); his granddaughter Emery; and his siblings, Rick Sides (Elaine), Sheri Heldt (Tim) and Mike Sides (Leslie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Jeff asked that donations be made to Gibson County Animal Services, a place he supported regularly.
