He is survived by: his children, Zeke, Lawson and Zander; his brothers, Adam Rex (Jennifer) of Hilliard, OH and Peter Rex (Grace) of Hilliard, OH; his niece Charlotte; his stepmother Elizabeth Rex; his stepbrothers, Ryan Glazener (Meredith) of Findlay, OH and Nick Glazener of Chicago, IL; and his former wife Stephanie Rex of Fort Wayne.
