We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2022, at the age of 37, Adam James Lane of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Timothy J. Lane and Maureen L Lane (Munson).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Riley Children's Hospital.
