As Addi departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Addi. Though Addi may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She is survived by: her parents, James Grayson and Ora Grayson (Gilyard); her husband Tracy Weaver; and her children, Antoine Taylor and Ashley Weaver. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the New Covenant Worship Center (3420 E Paulding Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46816). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
