She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Gilliam and Unabell Gilliam; her husband Archie Lynn Levy; and her pet Caper. She is survived by: her children, Donna Diaz of Fort Wayne, IN., Howard Lowrey (Cindy) of Fort Wayne, IN. and Sharron L. Ferguson (Michael) of Fort Wayne, IN.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter and many friends.
