He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan Lewis and Marian Lewis (Healy); and his siblings, Marianne Welker and Kevin Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Charmaine; his daughters, Alexa Lambright (Mike), Kelly Henry and Denise Lewis; his granddaughters, Aleah Ellis (Gabe), Audrey Schmidt (Andrew), Arlie Lambright, Madeline Henry and Katherine Henry; his aunt Carole (Lou); and his brothers, Neil (Jane), Mark (Terri), Stephen (Judy), William (Gail) and Donald (Michelle). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
