He is survived by: his daughters, Kristine Bohnstedt-Thorn (late Barbara) of Fort Wayne, Kathleen Ashton (Kelly) of Frankton, Indiana, Lora Ehrhardt (John) of Fort Wayne and Elizabeth Resor (Mark) of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Bryan, Brad (Vanessa), Brady Ashton (Lauren), Chelsea Carroll (Kyle), Nicholas, Noel Resor and Zachary Thorn (Maggie); and his great grandchildren, Eugenia Cummins (Mal Strubing), Dryzten Thorn, Louraine, Leon Carroll, Augustus, Amelia, Arlington Ashton, Ayda and Abel Smith.
