He was predeceased by: his child Tamula S. Lewis; and his brother Charles Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Doris LeShore-Lewis; his children, Michael, Ricky, Alvin (Valerie), Antoinette, Sheila, Ronald, Bridgett, Jeffrey Lewis and Tina Gasnarez (JR); his stepsons, Darnell, Kevin, Jason and David LeShore; his sister Rena Farmer of Detroit, MI; his sister-in-law Minnie Lewis of Lansing, MI; and his nephew Ricky Lewis (Denise). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, along with a host of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
