She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion W. Smith and Linda I. Smith; her husband Richard R. Hormann; her son Kent A. Hormann; and her siblings, Warren Smith and Iris Schlund.
She is survived by: her son Kirk W. Hormann of Wolcottville, IN; her daughter-in-law Barbara Bradtmueller (Lynn) of New Haven, IN; and her grandchildren, Kendra Soliday (Andrew), Jessica Meadows (Branden), Lindsey Wells (Brandon), Kyle Hormann (Jennifer) and Kassandra Hormann (Zachary Basinger).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Peace Lutheran Church (4900 Fairfield Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46807).
